I currently offer a drop-in-call to work on your business. This will be great for those of you who are just starting to wholesale and who might not be ready to book onto my 6-month mentoring program but who still want some personal help.

You can book your session here, Once you have booked your slot you can then send me anything you would like me to review in the call.

An example of something you might want me to review is your wholesale documentation and in one of my previous newsletters I asked for a volunteer to test this service and Becky jumped at the chance and here's what she had to say about it.

Working with Therese was brilliant from start to finish. Therese was professional, reliable and very informative! Her knowledge on the wholesale industry was extraordinary, as she guided me through the process of establishing a wholesale approach for my candle business. After our session I felt empowered to move forward into the wholesale market with the knowledge and support that I was on the right track. I would highly recommend Therese if you are looking to take the leap into wholesale, Therese offers a quick professional service and on top is friendly and approachable. - Becky Avery, Hazel & Blue Candles

Before our Zoom call, Becky sent me her line-sheet and you can have a look at it below. I've removed the wholesale prices but otherwise, I haven't done any changes to this.

During our call, we had a chat about Becky's prices and then I suggested the following and we discussed each point.

  • Add a lifestyle image on the "front" page, shortening and making the introduction more punchy.

  • Add information about your bestselling fragrances in your introduction.

  • Add product images and the pack sizes by the products and make the product descriptions shorter. At a later stage when you might want to make a catalogue then you might add in more descriptive text and behind the scenes.

  • Take out the tiered pricing structure and make a separate document for this. It is only relevant to some types of businesses and not for small independent shops.

  • Make the pack size for the tealights smaller.

  • Use 1 font to keep it really clear. Apart from in your logo of course.

  • Make your terms and conditions really clear with a minimum order cost, carriage cost and carriage paid.

  • Add your payment terms.

  • Take out the local delivery information. Take out the subscription and corporate orders bit.

After making these changes Becky's line sheet could look something like this the below.
